Commissioner for Human Rights

The Commissioner asked the General Director of the Prison Service to provide statistical data concerning the number of people convicted for evading child support payments and the number of people convicted for other crimes and remaining under the maintenance obligation. The Commissioner also asked for information on paid employment of prisoners from those groups. The General Director of the Prison Service responded by presenting the indicated statistical data. He also informed that employment is ensured first and foremost to prisoners obliged to pay maintenance.
