Visit of Zhejiang Province delegation

On 7th January 2014, dr. Ryszard Czerniawski, Deputy Ombudsman received a delegation of representatives of Zhejiang Provincial Bureau for Letters and Calls (PRC). The talks focused on the exchange of experiences, the structure and functioning of both offices and the characteristics of claims reaching the offices.
