Commissioner for Human Rights

The Commissioner has once again addressed the Minister of Justice on the matter of people who were repressed for their activities for the independent functioning of the Polish state. The Commissioner is of the opinion that people repressed under the martial law should be entitled to a compensation not only in cases where a ruling or a decision about their imprisonment was executed, but in all cases where such a ruling or decision was issued.
