The representative of the Human Rights Defender from the Criminal Executive Law Department took part in the 2nd thematic NPM workshop “The role of NPMs in protecting individuals’ key rights upon deprivation of liberty by the police” that took place in Tirana (Albania). The workshop was organized within the framework of the so-called “European NPM Project”.
