Personal inspection of detained people in the premises of Border Guard

In the application to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Administration, the Commissioner for Human Rights once again presented the problem of the lack of appropriate legal basis to execute the inspection of detained person in the premises of Border Guard. Legal basis concerning the execution of personal inspection stated in the response mentioned in the Act on foreigners, applies only to foreigners transported to arrest for foreigners
