The Human Rights Defender took part in the conference "Round-Table on Detention Conditions in the EU" that was organised in Brussels by the European Commission. In the conference took part the representatives of the national preventive mechanisms from the European Union and international institutions responsible for visiting places of detention and protection of persons deprived of liberty.
