Free legal assistance

The Commissioner for Human Rights, with due appreciation, adopted regulations included in the Act on non-payable legal assistance and legal education as well as in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice with regard to the way of issuance and documentation of legal assistance. Concerns are raised by media information which indicates that several units of legal assistance did not execute their activity at the beginning of this year. The Commissioner for Human Rights applied to the Minister of Justice in this matter
