Commissioner officially turns to the case of journalists’ invigilation

In connection with the mass media reports concerning the possibility of invigilation of journalists who revealed the tape affair by the officers of the Office of Internal Affairs of the Police Headquarters, the Commissioner for Human Rights undertook the ex officio actions. On 30 December 2015 the Commissioner turned to the Head Chief of Police for appropriate information, as well as sharing the copies of the report/audit prepared in the Office of Internal Affairs of PH. The received materials are confidential. They are the subject of analysis and further actions of the CHR.
