Collection of tax liabilities from third parties

Tax authorities - as it results from claims submitted to the Commissioner's Office - more often tend to collect tax liabilities from the property, which was given to third parties by the debtor. In the opinion of Commissioner for Human Rights such behaviour may raise doubts. Adam Bodnar, the Commissioner for Human Rights on 25 January applied to the Minister of Finance to express the opinion thereon
