Access of prisoners to the internet - the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights

Refusal to grant access to web pages containing legal information constitutes violation of their rights on access to the Internet. On 19 January 2016 European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg passed its ruling with regard to Kalda v. Estonia.
